Orders are shipped from The As.tra. S.a.s. from Conegliano (TV), Monday to Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Orders placed Friday night, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on Monday the following morning.
AVAILABLE ITEMS: IMMEDIATE SHIPPING Available product orders are shipped the next day of order from Monday-Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. (Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following Monday). In all cases, LIMAC Design reserves the right to postpone shipping if the order cannot be shipped for reasons of force majeure. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping.
AUTHORIZED DELIVERY All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with LIMAC Design and therefore agree to accept the delivery of their package.
ORDER DELIVERY When the goods arrive, customers are asked to carefully inspect the package before signing the shipment. If for any reason, the package appears tampered with, customers are asked to sign the receipt with reservation, or to refuse delivery. If the delivery has been accepted with an unauthorized signature or there is evidence of package tampering, Customers are asked to report the incident immediately to the local TNT office and to contact LIMAC Design on info@limacdesign.com or by telephone on 0438 903311. If for any reason the shipment fails to be successfully delivered to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract, the package is likely to be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense. These amounts will be deducted from any reimbursement due to the Customer by LIMAC Design ORDER FULFILLMENT Once you have placed an order for the items available, you cannot make any changes to that order. Orders placed separately will be shipped separately. Please note that during promotions and sales there may be delays in shipping. ARTICLES AND IMAGES ONLINE LIMAC Design disclaims any responsibility if, due to a particular configuration of the computer used by a customer or a malfunction, the colors of the products displayed on the site have slight differences from the original ones. ITEM AVAILABILITY The storefronts on the site reflect the actual availability of the product in color and size.
