The SCUDY child protection for stoves and fireplaces is the innovative screen against burns and scalds designed and manufactured by LIMAC Design®.
This device protects children and animals from direct contact against the glass of the stove or fireplace, which usually reaches and exceeds a temperature of 350 °: our protection lowers the temperature by 80%, significantly limiting the risk of annoying and painful sunburn.
This protection is made of steel and has a metal appendage to be inserted under the stove.
Our child protection product is made of black painted steel and acts as a double “heat-catching” screen, which can be removed as needed.
Is the SCUDY child protection for stoves and fireplaces suitable for your stove? Check that it has feet and is at least 4mm long. of space between the floor and the structure of the stove.
Measure the width of the stove (so that the protection can cover at least the door or the entire stove in its width) and the height of the air vents from the ground.
Choose from the different sizes available:
