Right of withdrawal

Buy safely and easily on LIMAC Design®. You are fully protected by the right of withdrawal.
You can return all or part of your order and request a full refund within 14 days from the date of delivery of the aforementioned.
The right of withdrawal is governed by the General Conditions of Sale and does not apply to customized and tailor-made goods.

 Return procedure:

To make an “Easy Return” you must follow the following procedure:
Download the “withdrawal form”, fill it in and send it to info@limacdesign.com, an operator will contact you and guide you on how to make the return.
Remember that the products must be delivered:
– in their original condition,
– not deteriorated,
– each product must be returned including all original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order. All items and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way.

The return shipping costs are at your expense.
LIMAC Design®, upon request, can arrange the return of the total or partial order by charging the amount of costs incurred in the final balance. The amount is deducted from the amount of the re-credit.
When the package arrives in our warehouses, we will make sure that everything complies with the return procedure.
If so, we will proceed with the re-credit by sending a confirmation communication to your email address.
In relation to the re-credit system chosen, it will be carried out in the following 48 hours up to a maximum of 45 days.
No delay in the re-credit system can be attributed to us.

Replacement of a damaged or defective product arrived:

Limacdesign.com also protects you in case of receipt of a damaged or defective item.

You have to:

– Within 2 days from the delivery date, notify the receipt of the deteriorated or defective product using the “withdrawal form” procedure, attaching the photographic images of the package received and the deteriorated or defective product;
– LIMAC Design®, after analyzing the “withdrawal form” and the images, will replace it at its own expense (collection costs paid by LIMAC Design®), with the same item.
